What happens at a Trunk Show!!

Due to our upcoming trunk show this weekend, I thought I should share a brief description of what happens when brides attend one of our trunk shows.
To begin, the term trunk show started back when sales people would carried their products in trunks and went from store to store to sell them or even door to door to sell them.
In our industry when we do a trunk show it means that we bring our entire collection in for the brides to view and try on. Although we don't really use trunks anymore the term has stuck with the industry thought the years.
An Anglo Couture trunk show is a great time to find the perfect dress. At our trunk shows we love working with the brides and being a part of their special day. Appointments are recommended as we like to pay special attention to each and every bride.
When the bride and her family or friends arrive, we offer them beverages and chocolate covered strawberries. The room is accented with candles and Calla lilies as they are my favorite. Our dresses our displayed in the rolling rack and our bride can feel and pick out the ones she would like to try. Delighting our clients is our number one priority, therefore we help the bride get changed in each and every dress, focus on her needs and make her feel comfortable. The bride can try on veils and we can create a complete look for her special day.
I feel like finding the perfect dress should be an experience and not just a purchase and that is our ultimate goal at our trunk shows.
